You gotta love it baby!!!!

I was lucky enough to score court side seats to the Jazz game last night. It was a heck of a ball game. We were right behind the visitor's bench. Luckly, the Jazz battled back for a "W". (Pics taken with the iPhone, sorry for the quality)

50mm

So we got a new lens and I thought I would mess around with it and do a little shoot of the crazies that hang out with me. Enjoy

Shake it like a Poloroid picture.

Hailey just had her Christmas recital on Saturday and did an awesome job. She is an awesome dancer (another fine trait of her father) and is so awesome up on stage. Good job Hailey.

She did awesome and we are so proud of her. We also just got word that Hailey made the 2009-2010 Progressions Mini Excel Dance Team. Way to go Hailey we are sooooo proud of you.

Biggins...

I never had a hero growing up and I always wondered why? I was always told that "Winners never quit, and Quitters never win"

I finally figured out who my hero was on April 25th, 2006. Dad, you're my hero.

Three years ago today I, along with my wife, mother, and sister probably had to do the hardest thing that I/We have ever had to do in our lives. That was to say goodbye to my dad and turn off the machines that he was on and let him go back to live with our heavenly father.

Dad had finally gotten up the courage and had gone in to have a successful knee replacement surgery. He was up rehabbing a few days later and then all hell broke loose and unexpectedly had an intra cerebral hemorrhage. A blood clot got loose and went to his brain. I still remember the call vividly from my mom and can’t get it out of my head. “Get to the hospital immediately, Dad has coded”

Dad, it has been 3 years and I miss you greatly. Feel free to come back anytime now. I wish you were here for some male bonding time. I miss throwing the baseball with you out back. I miss talking to you on the phone about an electronic purchase you were going to make and wanted to see if I wanted one as well. I miss hearing about your fantasy football league and how you were kicking butt. I miss the days of when we use to bike race and hearing you say…”Set em up riders, Watch the lights” I miss you throwing baseballs at me out back to make me a tougher and stronger catcher. I guess what I am trying to say is that I miss you.

The ladies just don’t get that excited when a new electronic gadget comes out. Women are the story of my life. Mom & Kim are doing well. Traci keeps on keeping on. Your best friend Hailey is growing up and oh so smart. You would be so proud of her. She can navigate a computer and a cell phone with the best of them. She just finished pre-school and will start kindergarten in September. We are going to have our hands full. Little Kennedy who was hanging out with you in Heaven is a handful as well. She is go, go, go but oh so cute and fun to have around. She is my little buddy and reminds me of you.

Why this had to happen I am not sure but I will hopefully be able to find out one day. It was Mom & Dad’s anniversary on the 23rd of April. It would have made 39 years of marriage. Happy Anniversary to the both of you.

I have just been thinking about you this last little while and wanted to send a shout out. I hope all is well. When you have some free time feel free to stop by and say hello.

Hugs and Handpounds big fella. I miss you and love you lots.
